  1. The £40 Marks and Spencer giftcard is available to customers who order a new BT Superfast Fibre product uSwitch between 7th February – 14th February 2020. Orders placed outside these dates and via any other site do not qualify for this offer. Recontract or regrade of existing service does not qualify for this offer. Claims must be completed using the above form no later than 14th April March 2020.

  2. Once your service has been installed and/or activated, you may claim your Gift card by entering your online order ID and other details on the above claim form.
  3. Any package or services you take will be subject to a 12 month minimum contract period. If you are also taking a new home phone service from BT, the telephone line is subject to a minimum contract period of 12 months.

  5. Once you have signed up for the offer you will be subject to the standard terms of service which can be viewed at www.bt.com.

  7. There is no cash alternative to the offer.
  8. Once you have completed the form above and we have received your details, your order will be checked to ensure your service is active. If your service is active your gift card will be mailed to the address that BT has on record for you. Please allow up to 45 days from your service being activated and claim being received for your gift card to arrive. Please do not chase your gift card before the 45 says has elapsed. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR GIFT CARD WILL BE POSTED TO THE ADDRESS WHERE YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
