1) Once your broadband has been activated please complete the below claim form
2) You will need the following information to hand;
a) Your BT Order Number
b) Your e-mail address

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR GIFT CARD WILL BE POSTED TO THE ADDRESS WHERE YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED.

3) Once we have received your details your order will be checked to ensure your service is active. If your service is active your gift card will be mailed to the address you provided. Please allow up to 45 days from your service being activated and claim being received for your Gift Card to arrive. Please do not chase your Gift Card before the 45 days has elapsed.

4) If you are claiming this gift card as part of the BT Mobile offer, please do not apply until you have paid in full your third monthly bill for this service.

Once you've ordered a package on BT.com, you should receive two order confirmation emails. The email titled "Your BT.com order confirmation" will contain your BT.com order reference which is 12 characters long and will be a mix of letters and numbers.
